Made to Order
At JOGO HOME, every artwork is printed on demand after your order is placed. This approach allows us to produce each piece with exceptional care, attention to detail, and the highest quality standards.
As each artwork is produced specifically after purchase, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, an incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
Your satisfaction is important to us.
If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To help us review your request, please provide:
- Your order number.
- A brief description of the issue.
- Clear photographs of the artwork and its packaging.
Each request is carefully reviewed. If your claim is approved, we will provide an appropriate resolution based on the nature of the issue.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.
Once production has started, orders can no longer be cancelled.
