At JOGO HOME, every artwork is printed on demand after your order has been placed.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before being shipped. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Destinations

JOGO HOME currently ships to addresses within Canada only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times to Canada start from 5 business days, depending on the destination.

Delivery times may vary depending on the product, production location, shipping method, and carrier.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, weather conditions, peak holiday periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order and delivery address. All applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before your order is completed.

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before completing your order.

If you need to correct your address, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once production or fulfillment has started.
