By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect when published on our website.

2. Products

JOGO HOME offers a curated collection of wall art, including original designs created by our studio and selected artworks from other sources.

Each product is professionally produced on premium canvas using high-quality printing techniques after an order is placed.

Product images and descriptions are provided to help customers understand the characteristics of each item. Slight variations in color, appearance, or finish may occur due to screen settings, display technology, and the printing process.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, dimensions, and specifications are accurate.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Because our artwork is produced on demand, orders cannot be modified or cancelled once production has begun, except where required by applicable law.

JOGO HOME reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases involving pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or product unavailability.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes and shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed for production.

JOGO HOME reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders where necessary. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, an appropriate refund will be issued.

5. Shipping and Delivery

JOGO HOME currently ships to addresses within Canada only.

Production and delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the product, production location, destination, and shipping carrier.

Although we work with production and shipping partners to fulfill orders, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy.

Please review this policy before placing an order.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

Original artworks, designs, illustrations, images, logos, graphics, and website content created by JOGO HOME are the intellectual property of their respective rights holders.

Certain artworks offered in our collection may originate from third-party artists, designers, or other sources and remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

JOGO HOME only offers third-party content for which it has the necessary rights, licenses, or authorization.

Purchasing a physical artwork does not transfer copyright or any intellectual property rights to the customer.

No artwork or website content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially used without permission from the relevant rights holder.

8. Third-Party Services

JOGO HOME works with third-party service providers to support payment processing, production, fulfillment, and shipping.

These providers may process information necessary to complete and deliver your order.

Their services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JOGO HOME shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection laws.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

However, this provision does not exclude or limit any mandatory consumer protection rights or laws that apply to customers in Canada.
